Privacy notice

UK Instant Services Ltd, 25 Church Gate, Leicester LE1 3AL, runs Ronove and www.ronove.io. This notice explains what we do with personal information on this website, on the Ronove jobs board and in Ronove subscriber accounts.

If you apply for work through this website

When you fill in the Apply form we collect your name, email, mobile number, postcode, the work and hours you're looking for, your right to work and DBS status, anything you write in the form, and your CV if you add one.

We use it to put you in touch with care and cleaning providers who use Ronove and are hiring near you. We share it only with those providers, and only for recruitment. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

We keep applications for 12 months from your last contact with us, then delete them.

If you apply for a job on the jobs board

Each vacancy on the jobs board is posted by a provider that uses Ronove. When you press Apply, you apply on that provider's own form, and your application goes to that provider only. That provider is responsible for your information and will tell you how they use it.

If your company subscribes to Ronove

We use the details of your company and the people who manage your account (names, work emails, phone numbers, role) and your billing records to provide and bill the service, to keep it secure and to meet legal duties, for example keeping invoices for 6 years. Our lawful bases are contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.

Data you put into Ronove about your employees, applicants and clients belongs to you. You are the controller and we process it only on your instructions, as set out in the Terms of Use.

Who we share with

Our UK hosting provider; the providers you apply to; and, only when used, PayPal, GoCardless, Klarna, Companies House, Meta (WhatsApp) and Google. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to send them.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The Ronove apps use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing contact@instantcleaninguk.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
